KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administrative Support: Managing invoices, purchase orders, and stock records.
- Customer & Supplier Liaison: Handling calls, emails, and order processing.
- Logistics Coordination: Assisting with delivery scheduling and documentation.
- Compliance & Record-Keeping: Ensuring all industry and health regulations are met.
- Production Support: Helping with order fulfillment, stock monitoring, and general site operations.
- Office Tasks: Filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably in food or seafood industries.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
