We're now looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Part-Time Office Administrator
to support our team as we continue to grow.
The Role
This is an ideal opportunity for someone organised, dependable, and looking for a flexible part-time role. You'll help manage essential office functions and support the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support to management and field teams
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Updating job data and schedules in our CRM and job management systems
Filing, record-keeping, and document control
Ordering office supplies and managing post
Supporting onboarding and HR-related admin
Assisting with invoicing and purchase order tracking (training provided)
Contributing to a smooth, well-run office environment
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or office role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear and confident communication (written and verbal)
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive, friendly, and trustworthy personality
Basic HR or finance admin knowledge
Desirable:
Familiarity with CRM or job scheduling platforms
