Storefast Solutions is a dynamic and forward-thinking contract manufacturing, packing and warehousing company for the drinks industry based in Kent. Due to significant growth over the past 5 years, we have an exciting opportunity for an Account Executive to join our Sales Team.
The Account Executive will be a main point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from our customers, and will provide excellent customer service and administrative support. You will be required to provide support to an ever-growing portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring that they are administered and managed effectively.
Communicate and respond accurately and in a timely manner to customer enquiries regarding orders, transport and stock levels.
Managing inboxes for all queries, following-up on customer requests and orders.
Take ownership and resolve customer issues and queries.
Book transport and loading/delivery slots.
Use the stock control system, Outlook and other communication methods to progress customer requirements.
Identify opportunities through orders received and communicate to the Sales Manager.
Work closely with other departments providing ad-hoc support when required.
Assist in preparing production paperwork in accordance with agreed plans.
Book completed products onto our internal system and produce relevant documentation.
Attend and minute internal meetings to ensure customer requirements are understood and addressed.
Keep records as required and produce sundry reports for customers.
Champion safe working practices with your team and the company.
