Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various office software and excellent communication skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.

Duties



Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using computerised systems. Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in the preparation of reports and documents. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Support financial operations by managing invoices and transactions through XERO. Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence and filing documents. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.

Skills



Proficient in office software applications. Strong administrative skills with a focus on organisation and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication. Experience with XERO is a plus but not essential. Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 24,000.00-30,000.00 per year
