Office Administrator (maternity Cover)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and highly organised Office Administrator to join our team in managing daily administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth running of our office in a busy food business.

Full Time hours: 45 hours per week (08.30am -5.30pm Monday-Friday)

Job will initially be temporary for 9 months - 1 year to cover Maternity leave.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:



Updating of new & existing stock on our website. Inputting new stock on EPOS system Liaising with outside Suppliers and Chefs in all departments to order stock for the business. Ensuring that all telephone calls are answered professionally and all messages are forwarded to the relevant staff member. Monitoring email inbox and answering all queries Dealing with Health & Safety and hygiene Inputting of new recipes onto Nutritics system Pricing of products and ingredients Managing and processing all enquiries for home deliveries and outside catering. Processing of customer loyalty applications Perform various office administration tasks and ad hoc projects as required Managing customer orders Invoicing and cashing of tills as and when required to support accounts department. All other admin duties

Knowledge and Skills Required:



Prior administration experience within office environment is essential Competency with Microsoft Office packages essential Excellent in fluency of written and verbal English communication Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively Experience with SAGE accounting software would be advantageous but not essential. Familiar with Nutritics food software advantageous.
