We are looking for a friendly candidate to complement our existing team, The ideal person must be conscientious, accurate with good attention to detail and have high standards along with being able to work in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate will provide all levels of administritive support to the director.
Main quality must be polite and excellent telephone manner, previous customer service experience a must
Responsibilities will include, Answer phones, oversee budgets and ensure smooth operations. Communicate with clients, suppliers, estate agents and customs.
Maintain records, keep files and records of business activity up to date.
Researching
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written
Good written and spoken English
Must be highly organised and be able to meet strict deadlines
Good computer skills (mac & pc)
Ability to deal confidently and effectively with a variety of people

Full Time -
Monday 10am - 5pm,
Tuesday 10am - 5pm,
Wednesday 9am - 6pm
Thursday 9am - 6pm
Friday 10am - 6pm
