Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established law firm with a strong reputation in commercial dispute resolution.

What you'll be doing:



Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to our Commercial Litigation team Preparing, amending, and formatting legal documents and correspondence Managing diaries, arranging meetings, and handling telephone and email enquiries Arranging travel Assisting with billing processes and case management systems Assist with keeping kitchens/meeting rooms clean and tidy. Ensuring client care and confidentiality at all times

What we're looking for:



Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm. You

must

have at least one year's experience of being employed in a similar role. Excellent IT and document production skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A confident, friendly manner with the ability to liaise professionally with clients and colleagues Familiarity with case management systems is preferred
Please note this is a fully office-based role. The role is predominantly based in our Head Office in Leeds, but you may be required to attend other branches from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,000.00-28,000.00 per year
