PERMANENT PART TIME ROLE AVAILABLE WITH FLEXIBLE HOURS



IMMEDIATE START



We are delighted to offer a varied and exciting role as part of our small administration team at Daro Soft Furnishings, Ilkeston. We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident person to assist in the administration duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, good Microsoft Office skills(particularly Microsoft Excel) and a drive to learn.

Skills required:



1-2 Years within a similar role Strong IT Skills Competency in Microsoft Excel (1-2 years experience) Time Management Attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and multitask Organisation Excellent communication

Responsibilities:



The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing towards the efficient running of the factory by ensuring all administrative tasks are completed. Ensuring proper flow of office procedures and supporting the manager by carrying out common office duties. Maintaining company records and systems in line with company policy and assisting the monitoring of the production and dispatch process of all items across the factory.

Duties:



General Office duties - filing, copying, recording of items for stock Monitoring, maintaining and updating spreadsheets Managing correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail Maintaining accurate records of employees attendance & absences Answering inbound calls and directing as appropriate Assists in creating purchase orders and authorising invoices and ensure that agreed deadlines are met Accurately recording month end stock on systems Support in monitoring of performance of the division and assist in implementing improvement methods. Understanding Costings and calculating margins Problem solving to ensure manufacturing and production process is unaffected and remains efficient. Support in taking new and existing customer enquiries Sourcing of components, materials and labour

Hours of Work:



Flexible working schedule Monday to Thursday 4-6 hours a day
