Office Administrator



This position will suit an enthusiastic individual with office administration experience that would enjoy a varied administration role. You will be able to apply yourself to a number of admin and basic accounting tasks and be willing to adapt on a daily basis. The successful candidate will be computer literate and be willing to multi task. This role will involve other general office based duties. The ideal candidate will have worked previously in a car dealership or have experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities Include:

-Creating sales invoices / Orders

-Entering purchase invoices

-Maintaining company records

-Producing marketing letters for all departments

-Assisting the vehicle sales department with administration tasks

-Carrying out a variety of admin tasks

A minimum of 2 years experience in an office and administration role is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 27,000.00-29,120.00 per year
