Office Administrator

Job Description



My client is looking for an administrator to start with them, working hours will be 8-5 Monday to Friday on a permanent basis.

Salary will be 23-24k basic with a potential \xc2\xa32500 per annum bonus paid monthly.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service using email, phone and live chat
  • Non scripted conversations
  • Problem solving when required
  • Monitoring sickness
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Working with bespoke computer software
  • General admin duties


Skills required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great with people over the phone and email
  • Excellent PC and keyboard skills
  • Ability to multi-task and reprioritise workload
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys working in a team
  • Reliable and punctual
