We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires good clerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining office systems, supporting staff, and facilitating communication within the organisation.
Duties
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workspace.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
Invoicing sales
Processing orders
Actioning lodgments
Organising files and documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval.
Provide administrative support to team members as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Assist with clerical duties such as typing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
Additional duties will develop over time as we see this person working closely with our online team helping with customer queries, and also the management of various internal log books i.e. H&S record keeping.
Initially this role is to be a 3 days per week (Monday Wednesday and Friday) requirement, however this could lead to a full time roll dependent on successful integration of the candidate.

Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven administrative experience with a focus on clerical tasks is beneficial
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience with data entry
Familiarity with office environments and procedures
