Office Admin - Maternity Cover



Mason's Animal Feeds require an Office Administrator to help fulfil the needs of their steadily growing business.

Duties



Serving of customers - face to face and over the phone Receipt of payments - handling of cash, cheques and card payments Data input - adding relevant data on to the accounting software Document management - sorting, filing and printing documents when required

Essential Criteria



GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above Ability to use a computer to a satisfactory level Good interpersonal skills

Desirable Criteria



Previous experience in the agricultural industry Qualifications at A Level or Degree Level Previous experience working in an office environment
Working schedule: Mon-Fri and Sat am

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 18 months
