An experiential hospitality group are looking for an office assistant to support the seamless running of the Head Office which has a headcount of 30 employees. You will provide highly efficient and effective admin support.

What you\'ll do:

  • Act as first point of contact for the office, meet and greet visitors with warmth
  • Manage postal deliveries
  • Refreshing kitchen stocks and office supplies on an ongoing basis in line with budgets
  • Keep the communal office space & meeting rooms always tidy and clean to an impeccable standard
  • Responsible for managing the head office keys and fobs, tracking issuing and returns.
What you\'ll need:
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel (Essential)
  • Must have an exceptional command of spoken English as well as being highly proficient in written English (Essential)
  • Self-motivated to take ownership and pride in your designated area and take lead in your personal development
  • Outgoing, fun and "can do" personality with a flexible approach
  • Confident in liaising with other departments in a professional manner
