Are you looking to progress to a Band 6 Occupational Therapy role specialising in adults living with frailty but not feeling quite ready?
We are excited to be able to offer a new developmental post, which will provide training and support to an experienced band 5 Occupational Therapist who feel ready to progress their career. The successful candidate will start at a Band 5 level and transition to Band 6 following successful completion of competencies within a 12-month timeframe.

You will have the opportunity to develop skills in inter-disciplinary working for the holistic management of our patients living with frailty and will become proficient in navigating the complexity of patient care to enable a safe and effective discharge.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage their own clinical caseload, on an acute ward, supported by highly skilled and experienced Band 6 and Band 7 staff.
