Job Title: Occupational Therapist
Location: Bridgend
Pay Range: \xc2\xa325 - \xc2\xa332.50 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with experience of working with children and young people with a range of moderate to complex additional needs, at a Band 7 level. This will include assessment, intervention planning, training/upskilling, providing intervention and discharging. We seek an OT who is able to efficiently complete and close episodes of care, manage their time effectively, and contribute to service development. A car driver is essential as work will involve visiting community sites, such as schools and homes.

Requirements:

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience in delivering occupational therapy services.
• Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Dedication to patient-centered care and a passion for improving quality of life.
