Occupational Health Advisor
Package Details: \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa342,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below)
Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday - Flexible Working Hours)
Location: Plymouth (Single Site)

Remit:
OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their clients. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their clients.

The Role:
You will undertake a range of services which include the following:
\xef\x82\xa7 Complex Case Management.
\xef\x82\xa7 Sickness Absence Management.
\xef\x82\xa7 Health Surveillance. (Audiometry, Spirometry, Vision Tests, Skin Inspections & HAVS)
\xef\x82\xa7 Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments & Questionnaires.
\xef\x82\xa7 Immunisation, Vaccination & Phlebotomy Programmes.
\xef\x82\xa7 Health Promotion & Wellbeing Advice.

Requirements:
\xef\x82\xa7 Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions)
\xef\x82\xa7 Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate)
\xef\x82\xa7 Able to work as an independent & autonomous Occupational Health Advisor.
\xef\x82\xa7 A good team player who possesses effective communication & relationship building skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 A pro-active & motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges.
\xef\x82\xa7 A valid Full UK driving licence. (Desired but not essential)

Package Details:
\xef\x82\xa7 Salary \xc2\xa340,000 - \xc2\xa342,000 per annum.
\xef\x82\xa7 33 Days annual leave entitlement. (Including public holidays)
