The Occupational Health and Wellbeing Department supports the RNLI through providing clear professional advice and high-quality occupational health services and wellbeing initiatives.Some of the benefits

Your roleAs an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be tasked with focus on the following areas:
  • Providing clear and evidence-based professional advice, support and guidance to the organisation
  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriate record keeping in line with ethical, legal, professional and department guidelines
  • Assist in the provision of the full remit of Occupational Health and Wellbeing services, including health assessments, management referrals and health surveillance
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with individuals and management across the organisation
  • Contribute to the development and provision of high-quality and pro-active occupational health services and wellbeing initiatives that meet the current and emerging needs of the organisation
About youYoull be someone who displays flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment with the ability to work collaboratively with other advisors and management. To be considered as the Occupational Health Advisor you will need to be:
  • A registered nurse with additional specialist qualification in Occupational Health to degree or post-graduate diploma level.
  • Experience of working within a busy Occupational Health and Wellbeing environment
  • Proficient in managing your own caseload and providing strong case management, both face-to-face and remote/telephone based.
