Nursery Room Leader
Job Description
My client in West Byfleet, Surrey is seeking a Nursery Room Leader. Please only apply if you have a level 3 childcare qualification as well as previous experience as a practitioner or room leader (2 or more years experience in total in either).
This role is based in the
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
To be fun, caring and friendly
Understand and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS are met
