Are you ready to run a small team in early years, working as one of our room leaders?

Flower Pots Day Nursery are currently recruiting for level 3 qualified room leader to become part of our friendly team based in Prestwood in the baby room.

This role is a full- time position with the opportunity to grow your childcare career with
additional training and promotion opportunities.

Duties:

Safeguarding the children Observing and recording the children's development. Carry out age appropriate activities. Maintain and safe and welcoming environment. Adhering to the nursery policies and procedures always. Building positive and successful relationships with children, parents and staff within the settings. Leading the team within your room to ensure best practice Ensure high standards are maintained at all times Support the management team within the setting Benefits: Free uniform. A clean enhanced DBS check will be required for this position - Please note Flower Pots Day
Nursery will look to obtain this when you start with us.

Full and relevant Level 3 qualification

Previous experience of working within an early years setting.
