Job Description
My client in Ealing, London is seeking a nursery room leader. You must be qualified to a minimum of a level 3 nursery practitioner qualification to apply.
We are looking to recruit either experienced Room Leaders or Level 3 Practitioners looking to step up into a more senior role
We are looking for a Room Leader to join us on full time basis
We are looking for Room Leaders who are very focussed on getting the best out of the staff team through motivation and appreciation. We are very focussed on the welfare of our teams and know that happy staff=happy children.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of practitioners to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support children's development and learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and well-being.
- Drive the continuous improvement of nursery programs and services to meet the needs of children and families.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00-29,000.00 per year
