Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of the nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early years education, exceptional leadership skills, and a dedication to creating a positive learning environment.

Duties

- Manage and oversee all nursery operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and education.
- Create and implement educational programs that promote children's development and well-being.
- Foster strong relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates and support.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided, implementing improvements as needed.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure efficient nursery operations.

Experience

- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (Level 3 or above).
- Proven experience in a managerial role within a childcare setting (ideally 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
