The Role


As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning, development, and wellbeing of children during their early years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive and reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities:



Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the EYFS framework Support children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth Implement the key person approach, building strong and trusting relationships with children and families Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment, following health and safety guidelines Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and effective team environment Communicate clearly and professionally with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress Stay informed about nursery policies, procedures, and ongoing training requirements Contribute proactively to the day-to-day running of the setting

What We Are Looking For:



Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential) Strong written and spoken English (essential) Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting (desirable) Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures (desirable) A positive, caring attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional early years care Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
