Nursery Practitioner

What You'll Be Doing:

Creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for every child Supporting day-to-day care including hygiene routines, nappy changes, and general housekeeping Following all health and safety policies to ensure a secure setting Understanding and applying company policies and procedures Using the EYFS framework to guide daily practice and inspire learning Contributing to planning, observations, and development records Working collaboratively with your team and taking direction from management Communicating positively with children, parents, and colleagues Keeping all information confidential and respecting privacy Encouraging creativity and exploration in a stimulating learning space Supporting other rooms or sites when needed Engaging in professional development and training Being punctual, reliable, and committed to consistent care Promoting and upholding safeguarding standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

A relevant

Level 3 qualification

in childcare and education (or Level 2 with experience and willingness to progress) Strong understanding of the

EYFS

and

safeguarding

A kind, approachable, and friendly personality A commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusive practices

Working Hours:

Part-time or full-time

positions available Shifts between

7:15am and 6:00pm

Pay: Up to 25,396.80 per year
