From 25,396 per annum depending on experience. based on experience (40 hours per week).

Nestled alongside Manor Farm Infant School, The Old Station Nursery High Wycombe embodies a close-knit family. Our small, personal setting ensures that children, parents, and staff alike feel like part of something truly special in the heart of High Wycombe. At our High Wycombe nursery, we've recently enhanced our outdoor space with a delightful refurbishment and invested in new resources that foster children's development through engaging outdoor activities. Located within the grounds of Manor Farm Infant School on Rose Avenue, just off the B474, The Old Station Nursery High Wycombe offers convenient access from the M40 and is only a brief 10-minute drive from High Wycombe train station. Our location on school grounds ensures ample parking spaces are available.
What Your Role Involves
As a valued member of our team, you'll:
Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
