Job Description

Our client is looking to recruit Nursery Assistants to join their well established group of nurseries, with vacancies in Truro, St. Austell, Falmouth and Newquay. With 18 Nurseries across the south west, and over 30 years of experience in the early years sector, our client\'s vision and mission is to inspire childcare and education from an early stage, enabling future success through a positive learning attitude.

Reporting to the Nursery Supervisor, the purpose of the role will be to build effective relationships and fully engage with children, parents and colleagues to deliver the best possible service and care. The successful applicant will learn how to create safe and stimulating environments in line with the EYFS and the ethos of the company.

Salary: \xc2\xa310.42 to \xc2\xa311.00 per hour dependent on experience & qualifications

Hours: Full-Time with hours flexible Monday to Friday between 07:30 to 18:00.

Preferred applicants will be able to showcase some or all of the following qualifications / experience

NVQ Qualification Level 2 / 3 in early years, or equivalent (Essential)
Level 2 Safeguarding
Paediatric first aid
Evident passion for working with children and delivering high quality childcare/early years\' education.
Good organisational skills with an ability to plan own work and resources.
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with different personalities
