Nursery Practitioner

At Aspire People we work with many nurseries across Lincolnshire! They require educators who are driven, pro-active and creative!

If you have experience baby sitting, volunteering in a school setting, worked in a nursery before, have a childcare qualification, contact me today! I would love to speak to you about EYFS and the opportunities we have. We support nurseries who require day to day cover, but also long term and permanent support. Being reliable and showing up on time is crucial!

I am an EYFS specialist and have experience teaching and leading in nurseries, as well as reception in primary settings, so I can support you to develop in your settings too! I am a recruitment consultant that is there for you!

The successful applicant will have:

Excellent communication skills
Able to solve problems efficiently
Be reliable and consistent
Able to use initiative
Ability to engage with young children
Duties include:

Planning daily activities that encourage the development of children
Providing a safe space for the children to learn and play
Building strong relationships with children, families and team members
Adhering to all nursery policies
Safeguard children at all times

DBS is essential

Level 2/3 or equivalent Childcare qualification is desirable
