The Role:

As a Nursery Nurse, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Early Years team in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 3-4. Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Assisting in planning and implementing engaging activities that promote the learning and development of children.
• Providing personal care and support, ensuring the well-being and safety of each child.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative environment.
• Monitoring and assessing children\'s progress, providing feedback and implementing strategies for their individual needs.
• Collaborating with the Early Years team to create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Nursery Nurse or a similar role is preferred.
• A relevant childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education or equivalent) is essential.
• A genuine passion for early years education and a strong commitment to children\'s well-being and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and its practical application.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
