Level 3 qualification or higher

About the Role:
As our Nursery Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and education for children. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where every child can thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing all aspects of nursery operations and ensuring compliance with EYFS standards and Ofsted regulations.
Leading, motivating, and developing a passionate team of early years educators.
Creating and delivering high-quality educational experiences tailored to individual learning needs.
Managing nursery administration, record-keeping, and inventory.
Driving occupancy growth through positive parent partnerships and local marketing.
Preparing for inspections and maintaining high standards of health and safety, safeguarding, and childcare practice.
Building strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, carers, and the wider community.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a confident leader with a genuine love for early years education. Ideally, you will have:
A
Level 3 or higher
qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Previous
nursery leadership experience
(Deputy Manager or Manager level)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Strong knowledge of
EYFS framework, safeguarding,
and
Ofsted requirements
