The role will require someone who is confident and strong in leading a large, strong team to success after success. Work with the directors, other site managers and the team to ensure goals are met, Ofsted updates are implemented and adhered to, build growth within the company. Put strategies in place and systems to ensure we are compliant with the Eyfs and statutory framework. Keep up to date with legislations, policy and procedures. At Little Beans we work together to enable children to achieve their best possible outcomes. We have high standards and expectations of our team members, managers needs to work with the team cooperatively to ensure they are following policy and procedures, reflecting on their practice and continuing their professional development. Be part of the recruitment process, safeguarding and the curriculum and all areas of the EYFS.
The role entails ensuring the safe and smooth running of the nursery's, whilst implementing and following Little Beans policies and procedures. This means the successful candidate must have a good understanding of the EYFS and the Statutory requirements and be confident in their knowledge of the Oftsed requirements and safeguarding procedures. The successful candidate must be very organised and able to work in a dynamic, ever-changing environment, the role is a mixture of office and floor work as we believe it is important for managers to experience a child's day first hand to be able to ensure we are offering the best experiences to all children.
