We are looking for an experienced, qualified Nursery Manager who will share our vision and be part of this exciting stage of our business development.

Main Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day operations of Cub Headingley.
Providing effective team leadership, ensuring that all children receive the highest standards of care and education.
Providing skilled supervision and promoting an ethos of collaboration and effective teamwork within the setting, ensuring the successful delivery of our child centred, play based curriculum.
Instigating and facilitating positive, professional partnerships with parents
Ensuring that high standards of health, safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the nursery.
Fulfilling the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead; responding appropriately to safeguarding concerns, and ensuring that staff are trained and knowledgeable, and confident to follow safeguarding procedures.
Establishing, developing and maintaining highly professional working relationships with relevant Local Authority Departments, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
Working with the Directors to support the welfare of all staff and cultivate a culture of positive well-being.
Working with the Directors on the evaluation, strategic planning, and development of the Nursery and family club.

Essential Criteria
- A minimum of two years nursery management experience
- A robust knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
- A full and relevant qualification to Level 3 or above.
