Job Description
We are working with a nursery in Basingstoke who are looking for a Nursery Manager to join them and over see the running of the 95 place nursery. This is a full time role working 40 hours a week.
The nursery are looking for a manager with leadership experience and can continue to drive and develop the nursery, aways increasing quality and opportunities for the children
As nursery manager your duties will include
- To over see the day to day running of the nursery
- To make sure the EYFS is being followed
- To ensure high quality care and education is offered to all of the children
- To make sure the nurseries policies and procedures are followed
- To support, train and develop your nursery team
- To work with the children\'s families
- To make sure occupancy targets are met
- To work with the nursery budgets
In return the nursery are offering
- A salary of around \xc2\xa335000 per annum
- Monthly bonus if occupancy targets are met
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Your birthday off!
