Salary

: Up to 39,780 per annum / 17.00 per hour (Depending on Hours/Experience/Qualifications)

Hours/Days:

4 or 5 Days, 40 or 45 hours per week Shifts between 7.15am - 6.45pm Alternating weeks (7.15 - 5pm) and (9 - 6.45pm) All Year Round / Permanent

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Leading and managing the nursery team Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Creating and implementing engaging educational programs Building positive relationships with parents, children, and staff Managing budgets, resources, and overall nursery operations

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager Experience

Minimum Level 3 in Childcare

Strong leadership skills with experience in team management A passion for early childhood education and development Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety standard Be eligible to work in the UK
