Nursery Labourer
Job Description
Four Crosses Nursery is a wholesale plant nursery.
We are looking for hard-working individuals to work on the nursery, the job will be physically demanding, outdoor work, working as part of a team or sometimes individually.
Plant knowledge is desired but not essential, individual should have a can-do attitude and a positive approach to their work.
The hours are 7:30-4 Monday to Friday with some Saturday work available. For a period between April and June there is a requirement to work an extra hour each day as this is our busy season.
The position offers 31 days holiday, including bank holidays as well as competitive pay rates and bonuses.
Starting amount will be reviewed.
After 2 years, employees are given the option to enroll on the company health scheme.
Every 5 years, employees are given an extra day holiday.
