Level 2 or Level 3

Early Years Educators. who will share our vision and be part of this exciting stage of our business development.

Educator Responsibilities



To support and advocate the mission and objectives of Cub, The Modern Nursery. To ensure that children's individual routines are followed and their individual needs are met. To support the curriculum delivery within the toddler room, ensuring that practice and provision meets the statutory requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage. To work as a Key Person to a group of children, and build warm, supportive relationships based on trust and respect; to maintain children's records on their achievement and support children to make excellent progress. To work in positive, professional partnerships with parents or carers. To have a confident knowledge of safeguarding, with a full understanding of policies and procedures, to act and respond when necessary, and support others in the team to do the same. To take an inclusive approach and best practice with regards to special educational needs and disabilities. To engage positively with visitors and external agencies. To contribute and engage in the wider development of the nursery, including the Cub Curriculum. To provide cover in other rooms as required To keep up to date with current developments and research and disseminate updates to the team

Essential Criteria



A full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 2 or above.

A love for children, and a belief that all children deserve an outstanding childcare experience

An ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team

A good knowledge of safeguarding and relevant procedures

Pay: 12.21-12.56 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
