Apex Kids is a nursery located in Penge (SE20) with a huge 140ft garden!

Penge is located between Crystal Palace, Sydenham and Beckenham. This is a great opportunity to join a wonderful nursery and be part of a welcoming and supportive team.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking to recruit dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioners to work as part of our team to deliver high quality and exciting activities to meet the needs of our children. If you are passionate about children and their learning, we want to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will be hands on, fun, enthusiastic, reliable and self motivated with exciting new ideas to provide outstanding care and education and at least 6 months of childcare experience.

What will you be doing?

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be involved in working as part of a team to provide a stimulating environment, observing and delivering challenging activities for children. Besides all this you will have fun as you engage and interact with our wonderful group of children.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

Keen to enhance knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum Paediatric First Aid Certificate Keyperson experience An ability to observe and passion to plan and deliver activities to meet the individual needs of the children Knowledge of Forest School curriculum and a passion for the outdoors, desirable Highly enthusiastic attitude, self motivated and ability to use own initiative Good verbal and written communication skills Experience of writing informative observations and developmental reports Enhanced DBS check
