Job Description
Building Blocks Day Nursery has two posts available
One full-time nursery assistant (30hours) & one part time nursery assistant (16 hours), both maternity posts that could lead to full time employment to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily nursery tasks Maintain cleanliness of the nursery Assist with the delivery of care to all children in our care. Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills
Willing to complete level 2 childcare qualification if not already qualified.
Summary
As a Nursery Assistant, you will be integral to fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Nursery Manager, to support the development and well-being of each child. Your strong communication skills will enhance interactions with children and parents alike. While management and leadership skills are valued, your role primarily focuses on providing attentive care and engaging activities.
