My client (nursery) in New Malden is seeking a Room Leader. You must be qualified to a level 3 minimum in childcare.

We are looking for a Qualified Room Leader to work within our Nursery located in New Malden. DBS check will be completed to check the suitability of the candidate. We are a small, friendly team and have a place a strong importance on our staff wellbeing and work life balance.

Requirements:

Level 3 and above requested in childcare.
must be literate in ICT- training will be given on our program we use

Full time position 40hour week (one day off during the week- every other week)

we are open 50 weeks a year so you have a week off in August and the time between Christmas and new year off. Guaranteeing a week off in the summer and the time between the Christmas break to spend it with family and friends.

Nursery Opening Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm Open all year round

Candidate Profile:

Passionate about education and making a difference to the lives of children Possesses a positive, 'glass half full' attitude. Driven by a 'make it happen' attitude Loves providing excellent customer service and making people happy. Brings high energy to every task and adopts a solution driven approach to problems. Has experience within a childcare setting. Knowledge of the EYFS and PREVENT. Enjoys working outdoors. Childcare qualification Level 3 or willingness to study towards level 3
