Are you ready to rev up your career? We're on the lookout for a Non Fault New Hire Claims handler to join our dynamic and passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey.
As a Non Fault New Hires Claims Handler, you'll report directly to the Non-Fault Team Leader and play a key role in managing new claims in line with service level agreements, targets, and quality standards. You'll bring a strong understanding of non-fault claims criteria, garage relationships, and our portal systems, while aligning your work with 4th Dimension's wider business goals and service commitments to insurers and brokers.
Your Mission:
Lead the 4D New Claims Team to manage new claims efficiently and in line with service standards.
Ensure fair distribution of caseloads and consistently meet team and individual performance targets.
Proactively handle complaints and escalations, maintaining excellent relationships with all stakeholders.
Promote knowledge sharing across the team and distribute updates on claims legislation.
Ensure full compliance with FCA, DPA, and all regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate, comprehensive records using the Proclaim system.
Support team development through regular feedback, coaching, and participation in reviews.

Take responsibility for your own growth and support wider business initiatives as needed.
What You Bring:
Experience in claims management, including handling non-fault claims and using the 365 claims portal
Strong relationships with garages and understanding of claims processes and escalation protocols
Solid knowledge of insurance products, services, systems, and industry standards
Excellent technical claims knowledge with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Confident with IT systems, especially Excel
Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to simplify complex issues and present solutions clearly
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to your work

Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: 26,000 to 27,000
