38.5 hours a week, Shifts times, 9.30pm to 8.30am. Working a four on, four off rota pattern. This is a fantastic opportunity for a role that supports young people to learn how to sustain a tenancy and to manage their own accommodation. You will be supporting our young people in their journey to independence, by implementing the policies and procedures in place that best support our young people to succeed. This is a lone worker role, so an ability in building the right relationships with the young people while maintaining professional boundaries is essential.
