Night Supervisor Duties:
- Oversee the operations of the hotel during the night shift
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Supervise and support night staff, including front desk agents, security personnel, and housekeeping staff
- Monitor hotel security and take appropriate action in case of emergencies or incidents
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations during the night shift
- Prepare reports on nightly activities, including occupancy rates, guest incidents, and maintenance issues Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
- Supervising: Experience in supervising staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Guest services: Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual/Bilingual: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
