Night Shift - Production Operatives (Multi-Skilled & Manual roles)Tobermore is expanding, this is your opportunity to secure great pay while being part of a growing company.*** Multi-skilled and Manual roles available ***What's in it for you?Minimum of xc2xa3736 per week / xc2xa338,292 per year (calculation based on xc2xa312 per hour, 30% shift allowance and weekly bonus)Basic Rates of pay can increase with skills and competenciesAdditional pay for Sunday & Friday nightsAnnual bonus of up to xc2xa31,000 paid out twice per yearxc2xa3500 joining bonus payable after successful probationShift details: 44 hours per week, 4 nights (between Sunday and Friday, 6pm - 6am)Our multi-skilled roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team. • Understand production plan.

• Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.

• Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.

• Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.

• Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager

Desired Criteria

• 5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C.
• Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
• Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
• Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
• Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
• Forklift Experience
• Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
• Full and clean driving licence
