Our multi-skilled roles will provide you with exciting challenges and opportunities within Manufacturing. You will provide excellent support to the Production Team. You could be allocated to work in various factories across our state-of-the-art Production facility.

About The Role

All roles will include the following key responsibilities:
Understand production plan.
Achieve production targets and achieve efficient cycle times.
Using Tobermore Tablet to complete daily check/snag/ batching sheets accurately.
Carry out all required cleaning duties at the end of the shift.
Carry out tasks as required and deemed within your competence by your Manager
Required Criteria
Interest in working within a manufacturing / Production environment
Self-motivated.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Great communication skills.
Good interpersonal Skills.
Ambitious and keen to succeed and progress.
Team player.
Positive outlook.
IT literate
Very well organised person.
Desired Criteria
5 GCSE's including English & Maths A - C.
Previous work-related qualifications within a Manufacturing setting
Working experience of Machinery / Manufacturing Industry
Working experience in Production / Industrial setting
Experience of Use of Machinery Controls
Forklift Experience
Production related administration experience such as check sheets/ computer or Ipad.
Full and clean driving licence
Skills Needed
Communication, Production Operations, Teamwork, Planning and Organising
