Bawnbua Foods is a leading food processing company of Chilled and Frozen products, who supply leading retail businesses such as Tesco, Aldi, Lidl and Iceland in the UK and Ireland.

Overview:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards.

Duties

Managing a small team. Responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives. Responsible for checking the equipment after the shift to ensure it is effectively cleaned. Reporting stock levels of chemicals to Technical team. Liaising with the Site Managers where required. Completion of cleaning paperwork and sign off. Dismantle relevant production equipment to enable cleaning to be carried out; Cleaning of, equipment, tables, lines, walls and floors etc Cleaning waste bins and drains after production is completed; Use cleaning chemicals as instructed and in a safe manner; Ensure compliance with company cleaning standards. Be able to follow a planned cleaning schedule;

Skills

Previous cleaning experience and understanding of cleaning chemicals. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour
