The Kenmore Club is a world-class resort and we are currently seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Night Receptionist. This unique opportunity allows you to work on a 5 nights on/5 nights off basis, from 11pm to 8am. Job Responsibilities:





Check in late arrivals and ensure a flawless experience for our guests Respond efficiently and professionally to guest queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring their needs are met to the highest standard Take full responsibility for the smooth running of the Resort overnight, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times Provide world-class customer service throughout the guests' stay, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations Perform night audit procedures and handle cash payments and float, strictly adhering to company standards

Skills and Experience Required to Fulfil the Role Include:





Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and pay exceptional attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software applications Demonstrating enthusiasm, dedication, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a courteous telephone etiquette.
