Located in the peaceful rural village of

of Nottinghamshire.
About the position:
As a
Night Practitioner
, you will play an essential role in providing consistent and compassionate care throughout the night. Each shift brings new opportunities to support and connect with the young people in our home.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing personal care during the evening and nighttime routines, including toileting, bathing, and dressing--always with dignity and respect.
Building and maintaining trusting, positive relationships with the young people we support.
Attending to each child's physical, emotional, behavioral, and cultural needs, ensuring their care plans are up-to-date and reflective of their evolving needs.
Creating a stable, nurturing, and safe environment that prioritizes health, wellbeing, and personal development.
Supporting with general household duties to maintain a warm, clean, and welcoming home.

What will you be doing:
Working with all levels of the Staff Team to safeguard our young people at all time.
Participating in a wide range of innovative and exciting recreational events.
Assisting with practical matters relating to care (cooking, cleaning etc.)
Creating positive relationships with the young people and offering them unconditional dignity and respect.
Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young people.
Continually maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
Ensuring that the needs of the young person are being met and reviewing and recording changes to those needs.

About You
What experience and qualifications do you need:
A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
A strong team player
Resilience to keep going at difficult times and to ask for support if needed
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literacy
A Diploma Level 3 in Young People's Workforce (or equivalent) or a willingness to complete this qualification within a fixed timeframe.
