We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Porter to join our team in providing exceptional guest services within our establishment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. This position requires a strong focus on hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with their luggage as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all common areas to create a welcoming environment. Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Assist with the management of deliveries and ensure that all items are handled with care. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless operations and high standards of service. Uphold safety and security protocols while on duty, ensuring the wellbeing of guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions. A positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by the hotel's operational needs.
