Job Title: Night Nurse

Location: Dungannon, Northern Ireland

Salary: \xc2\xa320 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa321 per hour (Including Paid Breaks)

We are currently recruiting for a Night Nurse to join our committed healthcare team, offering a competitive salary between \xc2\xa320 and \xc2\xa321 per hour, inclusive of paid breaks.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide high-quality, person-centered care during night shifts, ensuring the well-being of residents.

Clinical Excellence: Adhere to best practices and maintain high standards of nursing care in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

Monitoring and Assessment: Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents\' conditions throughout the night, responding promptly to any changes.

Medication Management: Administer medications as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining accurate records.

Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle emergencies and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safety and welfare of residents.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
• Proven experience in a nursing role, with a focus on night shifts.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound judgements during night hours.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
