SCOPE & MAIN PURPOSE:
To Supervise and assist the nights team in creating exceptional, unique, profitable & memorable experiences through providing and maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction as outlined by THE
COURTYARD'S operating standards/practices whilst promoting 'THE COURTYARD' & 'OXEN
BAR&GRILL'.

KEY OBJECTIVES:
Aid the night team in its goal of delivering unique, memorable, and rewarding experiences to all our guests
Leads by example. Coach and motivate staff to provide best possible guest experience, to maximise guest experience targets
Assist with the hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of team members
Ensuring all team members are trained in running the night audit, check in & out of guests, preparing food & drink, setting up of meeting rooms, monitoring of safety and assisting with guests
Adopt an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service, and demonstrates the Marriott & Hotel Values at every opportunity
Ensure all public areas are to approved standards, ready for the new day, and that the areas are clean and tidy throughout the night
Responsibility to ensure compliance of Health, Safety & Security within the workplace
You will play a key role in our manager on duty team
Provide a comprehensive hand over to the front office team
Actively participate in training to update your skills and knowledge and to ensure you meet your own personal development needs/plan, outlined in your 'Job Skills Checklist'
Ensure achievement of budgeted profitability of the Food and Beverage facilities
To ensure the ambience and atmosphere is clean, fun, friendly and inviting
To be fully compliant with SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) as outlined by 'The
Courtyard'
To work with The Courtyard's Culture and Values - 'Inviting' 'Forward' 'Passionate' in assisting in all facets of the business when requested to do so along with undertaking relevant training
