We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities - including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!About the RoleAs a Night Chef de Partie, you'll play a crucial role in our nighttime kitchen operations. From preparing late-night room service dishes to assisting with bakery duties, you'll ensure high-quality food production during the hours of 10pm-6.30am.Working independently or with a small team, you'll maintain our culinary standards and prepare for the next day's service. Whether it's crafting fresh bakery items or delivering flawless room service, your contribution will enhance our guests' experience throughout their stay.What We Need From You

• Experience: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally with exposure to bakery work.
• Independence: Comfortable working autonomously during nighttime hours, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in baking and consistency in room service orders.
• Time Management: Efficiently managing a varied workload, balancing baking, room service, and prep for the next day.
• Adaptability: Ready to tackle a mix of responsibilities, from baking fresh pastries to preparing hot dishes.
• Passion for Quality: A commitment to creating exceptional food, even during the quiet hours.
