Location: Rochford

Banding/Grade: Band 6/7

Pay rate (Assignment rate): \xc2\xa325.23 per hour

Contract Length: 3-Months

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 09:00 am - 17:00 pm

Requirements for the Diabetes Nurse role:

• Degree or equivalent in Nursing (RGN qualified) with active NMC Registration (Adult)
• Car driver essential
• Experienced Diabetes Specialist Nurse and relevant registration required
• Specialist knowledge of diabetes and interventions
• Experience in providing structured education
• Experience of working in a Community Setting
• Competent in use of SystmOne & other IT systems
